From the moment we decide to move forward throughout our adventure together, I will work alongside you to ensure your business needs are met and your expectations are exceeded. By the end of this experience, I’m always more than just your Brand Designer. When you hire me as your Brand Designer we, of course, schedule our goal-setting call where we will layout the steps included in your custom experience. I also send you a questionnaire to dig deeper into your business goals and what you want to achieve while working together. This let’s me get to know your personality, big vision, and values even better. After reviewing your questionnaire, we will create prestige brand visuals for your brand. Our designs will help you develop your brand identity and attract your ideal customers. We create designs that are unique to your brand so that your customers can become familiar with your business. I will also be sharing my top resources and tips so you have everything you need right at your fingertips.

Then, I’ll send you a contract right here in EMB Client Portal, so you can pay your invoice, see all of the terms clearly outlined, and sign the contract to make it official.

The adventure begins

You will receive a customized timeline that highlights important milestones for our project. You will be able to review the dates and let me know of any conflicts so we can adjust as needed to make sure the project stays on track. Once the first design has been created, you will receive a draft. You will receive the draft and get back to us within two business days. This time will allow you to thoroughly view the design and decide if the design is perfect for you or if it needs any revisions. If revisions are needed, we will have you fill out a form providing details about what you'd like changed to make sure we get all revisions corrected in an orderly fashion to stay on schedule,

How We Stay Organized and Communicate

Once you’ve booked and are an official client - hooray, I’ll send you a link for your very own client portal right here on our website. This is where we will keep your entire project organized and communicate. It’s much easier for us both to refer back to one space to find what we need than having to search through 100s of email threads and messages.

OFFICE HOURS AND COMMUNICATION TURN-AROUND

I value transparency with my clients so I want to provide you just that. Below you will find my communication policies and a general guide of my office hours. If you send me an email, you can expect to hear back from me within 48 business hours, which means if you email me on a Friday you can expect to hear from me by close of business on Monday. I often reply much faster than that, but please keep that in mind if you don’t hear from us right away, please keep our policies in mind. We will respond no later than 48 business hours from point of contact.

Work hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9am - 8pm

Communication hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9am - 8pm

Policies

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. If there are any inconveniences with your service, please email us as soon as possible. We are happy to address your concern.

Please make sure to submit all information needed to complete your project in an orderly fashion. Projects begin once all monies and information are submitted. If an invoice has been paid, the project will not start until all information is received, and vice versa. Projects are completed in order of submission, not by payment.


Please keep our turnaround in mind before inquiring about the completion of projects. Please make sure to send all requested information to ensure your project is done on schedule


Once a design draft has been sent, please keep in mind revision will require additional time and may not fall within the scheduled timeframe depending on the request.

Establishing a online presence is very important in this day and age. In order to scale your business and reach the customers you need to achieve your goals and keep your business profitable you will need a website of some sort, even if its just a landing page. As your social media manager we will design and post your business daily for you. No more, procrastinating and forgetting to promote your business. Even though technology has taken over, it is still very important to have business cards on hand just in case someone doesn't have time to look you up on social media. What if I am not satisfied with the initial design?

As your social media manager we will design and post your business daily for you. No more, procrastinating and forgetting to promote your business. You can now point your focus on other aspects of your business. Sit back and relax while we continue to keep your audience engaged and aware of your business and what you offer.

Do I need professional photos to have a website created?

We highly recommend obtain your own brand photos to make your business more unique. However, it is not required as we have professional stock photos we can use to make the website look neat and up to par. We also do not accept photos taken with poor quality and filters that have glitter or any objects that cover the photo. Please take all your photos in the best lighting and with appropriate backgrounds.

What is I already have a logo?

If you already have a logo, we will need you to send it over for approval before the project begins. We will access your current logo and discuss with you if we feel it is a great fit your business and the project we are working on. And recommend allowing us to create a new one for you. Once your logo is approved you will need to email us the transparent files for the best quality.

Can I pay after the project is complete?

Full payment is required before any projects are started. Your payment reserves your spot for our services. We have payment plans available, if needed. If you decide to use a payment plan, we will you to split your payment into 4 or half upfront and half at a later date. You will sign a installment contract agreeing to pay your balance in full on the correct due date of each month or week. You may make the payment early and won't be charged again on the scheduled date. Due to the nature of our services all sales are final at this time. If this policy should change you will be notified. We also offer credit towards other projects.

Go ahead and grab a spot on my calendar and book your consultation call. There is nothing more important than making sure we are a good fit and will make a great team. There is a $50 Consultation fee required to lock in your appointment. This fee will be credited toward your service fee. Please keep in mind if the consultation fee has not been submitted we will not be able to conduct the call. Once you fill out the consultation form you will receive a Client Consultation And Payment Agreement via email that will need to be read, signed and returned before your date is set. Following the signing of this agreement you will then submit your consultation fee. The contract and fee still applies if the consultation is conducted the same day.
